Marketware Adds Ability to Add Files to Activities 

We’re excited to announce expanded activity options that let you store and view relevant files within each activity. Now, everyone can access all necessary information and documents when completing activities. Previously, users could only add files by linking them in descriptions or comments. As a result, this feature eliminates the need for external platforms, keeping everything in one place.

What are Activities?

One of Marketware’s core features, activities, helps you track and report on your organization’s important work. Activities include tasks, events, and communications. They help your team nurture relationships at any stage of the organizational process.

Upload & Add Files to Recruit, Onboard & PRM Activities

After creating an activity, you can select “Add/Edit Files” in the activity’s details. You can upload files by dragging and dropping them or clicking the “Add File” button. As you add files, you can access and download them from the list in this area.

Along with the options to preview, download, or delete each file, you will also be able to control who has access to interact with each file added to activities with the “Edit Access” option.

View Your Files 

Once a file has been added to an activity, you’ll be able to see and download it from the activity’s details. If a file’s access has been restricted, other users can hover over the file to see who they should contact if they need to request access to it.
