Physician Recruitment made easy with the introduction of Marketware’s Recruitment Overview page! Gain high-level insights into your recruitment process and team progress. You can also utilize different quick lists to report on what’s happening on an account-based level, a team level for managers, or your onboarding progress.

Recruitment Overview Quick Lists

The Recruit Overview page can be filtered 3 ways and changed by selecting the drop-down.

All Overview: This shows an overview of all users.

My Overview: This is the default view. This list will display the records you have been assigned. In practice opportunities, it is the hiring team or a candidate.  

My Team’s Overview: This shows an overview of your team.

Recruitment Overview Breakdown

Practice Opps Last 12 Months: Total count of practice opportunities created in the last 12 months.

Average Time to Hire: A calculation of the average days it takes to hire a candidate from start to contract.

Met Target Fill Last 12 Months: Number of opportunities completed by or before the target fill date.

Top Specialties Average time to hire Last 12 Months: Total count of how many practice opportunities were completed with a given specialty. Shows 10 max but is dynamic and only shows the top specialties being used. 

Practice Opp by Status: A breakdown of the practice opportunities by status per percent.

View and analyze the number of candidates that have been added to a practice opportunity, as well as the number of active, inactive, and hired candidates.

Total Candidates Last 12 Months: Total count of candidates added to a practice opportunity in the last 12 months.

Active Candidates: Total count of candidates with a new, qualified, or in progress status.

Inactive Candidates: Total count of inactive candidates.

Hired Candidates: Total count of contracted candidates.

Marketware users can analyze the number and type of candidates in each stage to ensure the recruitment process is on track and understand where issues or hang-ups are taking place. Our “inactive reason” physician recruitment dashboard provides insight into where a candidate becomes inactive in each stage and why.

Active Candidates by Stage Status: Total count of candidates in their respective status over the last 12 months.

Candidates by Type Last 12 Months: Percent of candidates who are physicians vs ACP.

Inactive Reasons Last 12 Months: Count of each inactive reason used in the last 12 months.

Lastly, users can identify the top sources for candidate recruiting over the last 12 months to better understand where top candidates are being sourced and recruited, providing insight and strategy as to where recruiters should continue to focus their efforts.

Top Sources Last 12 Months: Top 6 sources used and their related metrics.

Candidates by Source Type Last 12 Months: A breakdown of the percent of candidates per source type.
