Definitions for each record type as it relates to ‘My Teams’ quick lists & access to specific records in the application.
Permissions & Restrictions
Permissions
Admins: Access to all areas and record types in the system – being assigned to a team will impact what shows up in ‘my teams’ quick lists.
Full: When a full user is assigned a team, this will grant them delete access for records they or users on their teams are assigned in addition to curating ‘my’ quick lists.
Standard: When standard users are assigned to a team, this will grant them visibility to more records in addition to curating ‘my teams’ quick lists.
Limited: The assignment of teams dictates what limited users can view in addition to curating ‘my’ quick lists.
Read-Only: Being assigned a team will impact what shows up in ‘my teams’ quick lists.
Term Definitions
Teams: refers to a team feature wherein groups of users, people, places, practice opportunities, and onboard projects can be assigned.
Quick Lists: Filter options throughout the application that narrow down data in the system to records based on classifications of all, my & my teams.
People
If a person is added to a team I am assigned, it becomes a person on ‘my team’s’ list.
Place
If a place is added to a team I am assigned, it becomes a place on ‘my team’s’ list.
Activities
- Activities assigned to me or activities assigned to users on my team will show in ‘my team’s activities’.
- I will also see activities for people, places, practice opportunities, and onboard projects that are assigned to users on my teams.
Issues
- Issues assigned to me or issues assigned to users on my team will show in ‘my team’s issues’.
- I will also see issues for people or places who are assigned to my teams: Practice Opportunities, Candidates, and Leads.
- If a person with a source is assigned to a team, they become available on the ‘my team’s leads’ list for members of that team.
- If a person assigned to my team becomes a candidate, they become available on ‘my team’s candidates’ list for members of that team.
- If an opportunity is assigned to my team, it becomes available on the ‘my team’s opportunities’ list for members of that team.
Practice Opportunities, Candidates & Leads
- If someone on my team assigns a person as a relationship manager, practice manager, onboard coordinator or recruiter and they become a candidate, they become available on ‘my team’s’ candidate list.
- If a person assigned to my team becomes a candidate, they become available on ‘my team’s’ candidate list.
- If a Person Profile with a source is added to my team, they will show in the ‘my teams’ leads list.
- If a practice opportunity is assigned to my team, it becomes available on ‘my team’s’ opportunity list.
Onboard Projects & Providers
- If someone on my team assigns a person as a relationship manager, practice manager, onboard coordinator, or recruiter and they become a provider, they become available on ‘my team’s’ providers list.
- If a person assigned to my team becomes a provider, they become available on ‘my team’s’ providers list.
- If an onboard project is assigned to my team, it becomes available on ‘my team’s’ projects for members of that team.
