Use the recruit homepage to gain quick insight into opportunities & candidates in progress.

All Recruit Users: Can view the recruit home page. 

Term Definitions

Average Time to Hire: Determined by considering the days it takes from the practice opportunity active date to the date of the contracted date of the selected candidate. In the case of a multi-open position, it will be determined by the last contracted candidate selected.

Touch Points: Refers to an activity type of communication completed against the candidate profile.

Navigate the Recruit Home Page

Upon login, users are directed to the Marketware home page — the Recruit home page can be found by clicking the Recruit tab in the secondary navigation. 

Recruit Home Page Quick Lists

Each section of the Home Page (Practice Opportunities Overview and Candidate Overview) can be filtered 3 ways and changed by selecting the drop-down.

All Users’ Overview: This shows an overview of all users.

My Overview: This is the default view. This list will display the records you have been assigned. In practice opportunities, it is the hiring team or a candidate.

My Team’s Overview: This shows an overview of your team.

Practice Opportunity Overview

The practice opportunity overview provides a high-level view into the progress of:

  •  Active Practice Opportunities
  • Inactive Practice Opportunities
  • Openings Filled in the Last 60 Days
  • My Average Time to Hire

Understand how many active vs inactive opportunities there are as well as how many openings you have outstanding and what has been filled. Also, gain quick insight into the average time it takes to fill an opportunity.

The list details all practice opportunities filtered to the high-level details needed for quick reporting.

Candidate Overview

The candidate overview allows insight into:

  • Active People this Week
  • Current Candidates
  • Candidates Contracted Last 60 Days
  • Candidates Contracted Year to Date (YTD)
  • No TouchPoints Last 30 Days

This list provides action on candidates who haven’t had a communication activity completed in the last 30 days. This helps to avoid active candidates dropping out of the process based on lack of contact.

This list can also be filtered by contracted and inactive candidates. Recruiters can check in on people recently hired or reach out to candidates for a new opportunity.
