Keep managers informed of what’s going on at the account and team levels or how your onboarding is progressing using quick lists.
Upon login, users are directed to the Marketware App home page, the Onboard Overview can be found by clicking the Onboard tab in the main navigation.
Onboard Overview Quick Lists
The Onboard Overview page can be filtered 2 ways and changed by selecting the drop-down.
All Overview: This shows an overview of all users.
My Overview: This is the default view. This list will display the records you have been assigned. In onboard projects, it is as the project owner or to providers.
Onboard Overview Card Definitions
Total Onboard Projects: Number of total onboard projects.
Total Providers: Total providers in all onboard projects.
New Providers this Month: Count of new people records added as a provider to an onboard project.
Launch Dates this Month: Count of launch dates this month.
Providers by Status Last 12 Months: Total count of providers in their respective status over the last 12 months.
Providers by Type Last 12 Months: Percent of physicians vs ACP being onboarded.
Launch Date Change Reasons Last 12 Months: How often each launch date change reason has been used in the last 12 months.
Launch Dates Next 6 Months: Number of providers with launch dates in the next 6 months. Click the view providers link to narrow down by launch date.
Recent Launch Date Change: The most recent providers who have had a launch date change in the last 6 months.
