Use the onboard home page to gain quick insight into projects & providers in progress.

Permissions
All Onboard Users: Can view the onboard home page.
Navigate the Onboard Home Page
Upon login, users are directed to the Marketware home page, the Onboard Home Page can be found by clicking the Onboard tab in the secondary navigation.
Onboard Home Page Quick Lists
Each section of the Home Page (Onboard Project Overview and Provider Overview) can be filtered 3 ways and changed by selecting the drop-down.
All Users’ Overview: This shows an overview of all users.
My Overview: This is the default view. This list will display the records you have been assigned. In onboard projects, it is as the project owner or to providers.
My Team’s Overview: This shows an overview of your team.
Onboard Project Overview
This onboard project overview provides a high-level view into the progress of:
- Total Onboard Projects
- Providers Completed Last 60 Days
- Providers Contracted Year to Date (YTD)
The list details all onboarding projects filtered to the high-level details needed for quick reporting.
Provider Overview
The provider overview allows insight into 4 main progress statuses determined by % of overdue activities:
- On Track Providers
- At Risk Providers
- Off Track Providers
- Completed Providers
This list provides action on providers that haven’t had an activity completed in the last 30 days. Helping you avoid active providers dropping out of the process based on lack of contact.
This list can also be filtered by completed providers or in-progress providers in case onboard teams would like to check in on those that could use attention to assist them in completing their onboard activities.
