All PRM Users: Have access to the Initiatives Overview from the PRM tab.

Term Definitions

Initiatives: A strategy or plan to achieve goals for your organization. Initiatives give you a way to assign and track the progress of a series of activities over a defined period.

Restrictions or Pre-Requisites

Initiatives must be set up before data will be populated in the overview. For more help with setting up initiatives see our guide, Create an Initiative.

Upon login, users are directed to the Marketware App home page, the Initiatives Overview can be found by clicking the PRM tab in the main navigation.

Initiatives Overview Quick Lists

The Initiatives Overview Page can be filtered 2 ways and changed by selecting the drop-down.

All Initiatives: This shows initiatives across the entire organization.

My Initiatives: This is the default view. This list will display the initiatives you have been assigned.

Note: If you ever feel like you can’t find what you are looking for, make sure you have selected the correct view.

Initiative Overview Card Definitions

Last 90 Days Bar: Located at the top, the initiative cards give a breakdown of which initiatives you have started
and ended in the last 90 days.

Initiatives by Status: This shows you what statuses your initiatives are in, broken down by percentage.

Initiatives by Category: This shows you what category your initiatives are logged as broken down by percentage.

Member Initiatives Bar: The number of people you have contacted through initiatives, the number of members still in progress, and the number of members you have completed their tasks.
