Digital Marketing Specialist


Marketware is looking to bring on a marketer who has a passion for digital media. The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) will be responsible for developing and executing SEO, PPC and digital lead generation strategies. Additionally, this role will work to maximize traffic and conversions from the company web properties and report to our Director of Demand Generation to support ongoing digital marketing activities.

This role requires a high level of organization, collaboration and analytical skills to manage multiple, ongoing digital campaigns all while tracking and reporting on program performance. We are looking for a natural problem-solver who takes a proactive approach and is a great communicator.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Administer web analytics reports and dashboards
  • Research, create and maintain large target keyword lists
  • Evaluate search results and performance across the major search channels
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other campaign metrics
  • Manage ongoing communication and projects between marketing and web development
  • Maintain a strong online company positioning through social media

 
Qualifications

  • 2-3 years digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with successful track record of growth
  • Experience managing lead and revenue generating marketing programs that are tied to measurable KPIs
  • Understanding of marketing automation principles and experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (HubSpot) platforms
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage details, work efficiently and show overall flexibility
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and willingness take on additional responsibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
